Very nice people especially both the Jo’s that run the bar. Always trying to make you smile. We really likes staying at the resort and will be back for sure. The room was fantastic and so was the view. The only minus point we could find was that we had no chairs on the beach, while most other rooms had. When we asked for them there was a mixup in communication that caused it to take multiple days. Just before we left the chairs finally got there.

Impossible to fault the Pacific Resort, the staff are all genuinely friendly and only too happy to accommodate requests. The resort is beautiful, rooms spotlessly clean, the gardens and grounds likewise. Beds are comfortable. Food and cocktails were excellent, a much needed relaxing holiday was had. It's a shame that Air NZ doesn't fly direct from Sydney to Rarotonga, only Jetstar. It's further than Fiji but well worth a visit, the lagoon is stunning and the lagoon tour is well worth doing. It is very hot and humid in March so be warned and take insect repellant as the mozzies are fierce. We will return.

This was the most beautiful tropical island ever. The room, the grounds, the staff, and the facilities were lovely. Snorkeling was just outside our door. The beach was stunning, the sun was warm, the bar and restaurant were steps away and the drinks were irresistible! Everyone on the island both within the resort and outside it were friendly, helpful and full of joy. We will return ,

Fabulous setting and great friendly staff. Relaxing location with lots of activities on offer. Just remember to take inspect repellant and get ready to enjoy lovely food. Well deserving of its 5 star status and the infinity pool is just the right temperature. Daily cocktails are the icing on the cake.

The Pacific Resort is a real 5 Star exciting location with extremly friendly atmosphere, we love it. Our stay in your hotel was great, the stuff and especially the team in the restaurant was very friendly . We can really recommend the island tour with the guide by car, it gives us a great impression of Aitutaki. Lodge and beach were wonderful. Stayed for 6 nights and can not fault a thing, a truly beautiful resort. Our room was amazing and looked out over the lagoon. Staff were very friendly and helpful, arranging scooter hire and a lagoon tour were no problem. The restaurant had great views, especially of the sunset. Food was terrific and had something different ever night, breakfast was also great. We went in February and found it quiet and very relaxing, we only had rain for one afternoon. We would love to return to this paradise again one day as this was one of our best holidays yet.

Fantastic Location right on the lagoon, amazing stay with the clearest water ever, snorkeling was the best. Bungalows right on the Lagoon had plenty of room & the bathroom products so good. Cannot wait to come back and stay again. The staff are an asset to the resort.

Very friendly staff and the rooms are very clean, spacious and better than I expected. The lagoon is really only swimmable at high tide and that's only for a very limited time so snorkeling in lagoon is not ideal. Marine life is minimal but has a variety of smaller fish, some nice'ish coral and we found spotted eagle rays on multiple occasions. Getting 'water' time is a little limiting and you would need to find this time on day trips or alternate beach locations. The spa treatments are amazing, the restaurant is quite good but more non-seafood options would be preferrable and a bit of variance between lunch and dinner menus would be nice. The resort was very quiet and if you want peace, this is the place to be. It would def be the best resort on the island.

Very nice resort at the very nice beach. Beautiful view from terrace. Bungalow was big enough for two people. Very friendly and helpful staffs. We enjoyed it very much. You can use the kayak and SUP for free. Big area in the lagoon for snorkeling

We went with friends for dinner. Very good meal, best grilled tuna we had in aitutaki. Lovely coconut medley desert. Martini was lively. A high quality restaurant, attentive staff, nice buzzy vibe, older crowd. If not staying here you need to book and you can only book 6 or 8pm. We sort of got nudged out at the end but clearly a result of only being able to arrive at 8. Services quite fast but quite a number here. All up good but it does cost so you cannot really afford to go for all meals unless you get a inclusive deal
