ResilientNU is your crash course on increasing wellness, managing stress, and finding balance. This student and staff collaboration hosts small group cohorts for 5 weeks each quarter. Our goal is for you to leave this program with research-backed strategies to help you grow towards a healthier and more resilient you. Groups are always co-facilitated by an NU student and an HPaW (Health Promotion and Wellness) staff member. Some groups are in-person and some virtual at this time, with the in-person subject to change at any time due to pandemic progression.
Cohorts will begin either Week 3 or 4 of the quarter and will continue for 5 weeks. Cohort meetings will be 75 minutes long.
Fill out the form below if you are interested in joining a future cohort or if you want to learn more. Any and all Northwestern students are eligible for cohorts during the school year. Cohorts fill on a first come first serve basis and are kept to small groups. We will be in touch ASAP!
