Rio Americano High School Class of 2020's Grad Night is a safe and sober celebration of your graduation from high school!  It will be an awesome night at our new venue, Punch Bowl Social Sacramento! The night will be filled with many fun and exciting activities including a DJ, bowling, unlimited arcade play, pool table, photo booth, boxer bingo, karaoke, hypnotist and everyone’s favorite a cash cube!  Plus, so much more, including unlimited delicious food, beverages and milkshakes! Grad Night is the last time to celebrate with your classmates of the Class of 2020, so do not miss out on this amazing night!

DATE: Wednesday, June 3, 2020
TIME: 8:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. (morning of June 4)
ARRIVE AT RIO HS PARKING LOT BY: 8:00 p.m., buses will depart at 8:30 p.m.
LOCATION: Punch Bowl Social Sacramento
ATTIRE: Comfortable Attire (Socks are necessary for bowling)
COST: Tickets purchased by May 15, 2020: $55.00, Tickets purchased after May 15, 2020: $75 (the last day to purchase tickets will be May 22, 2020). *A link to the online payment site will be available after submitting this form*.

TRANSPORTATION: Private chartered buses will transport students from Rio Americano High School to Punch Bowl Social Sacramento and bring the students back to Rio on June 4. Students are not allowed to drive separately and will not be able to enter the event unless they are on the bus. You are advised to have someone drop you off at Rio HS and pick you up at Rio at 3:00 a.m. on June 4.  Should you choose to drive yourself to Rio and leave your car in the parking lot overnight, you do so at your own risk.

WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO BRING: Students are permitted to bring their mobile phone. This event is prepaid, so there is no reason to bring a wallet, purse, cash, debit or credit cards.  We ask that students leave these items at home.  We also strongly suggest students get dropped off and picked up at the Rio Parking Lot. If your student leaves his or her car overnight, they due so at their own risk.  Rio Americano High School and the Grad Night Committee assume no responsibility for vandalism to vehicles.

WHAT AM I NOT ALLOWED TO BRING?

NO BACKPACKS, BAGS, or PURSES will be allowed. NO OUTSIDE FOOD, DRINK or WATER BOTTLES (INCLUDING REUSABLE BOTTLES). NO PILLOWS OR BLANKETS. STUDENTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE BUSES WITH THESE ITEMS.

COAT CHECK: There will be a coat check for students to leave their sweatshirts and jackets.

**CODES OF CONDUCT and RELEASE OF LIABILITY**

STUDENTS AND PARENTS/GUARDIANS, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO READ THE RIO SAFE AND SOBER GRAD NIGHT COMMITTEE AND PUNCH BOWL SOCIAL SACRAMENTO CODES OF CONDUCT and RELEASE OF LIABILITY BEFORE SIGNING THE REGISTRATION FORM.

Please read Codes of Conduct at the bottom of the registration form. By signing the Rio Grad Night Registration Form, the student and parent/guardian acknowledge that both parties have read, understand and will abide by the Codes of Conduct for the Rio Safe and Sober Grad Night Committee and Punch Bowl Social Sacramento.  Any violation of these Codes of Conduct will result in immediate removal of the student from the Grad Night event. The parent/guardian will be contacted at the phone number provided and will be responsible for picking up their student at Punch Bowl Social. Only registered students will be able to attend Grad Night. No registrations will be allowed the day of Grad Night on June 3. Students are required to ride the chartered bus to and from Grad Night, and will be assigned to a specific bus with chaperones.  Students *ARE NOT ALLOWED* to drive themselves to Punch Bowl Social or to be driven by a parent, guardian or anyone else.  Any student who arrives at Punch Bowl Social not on the chartered bus *WILL NOT BE ALLOWED* in to Grad Night. Additionally, students are required to stay inside the Punch Bowl Social facility the entire evening, and will not have in and out privileges. Volunteer California Highway Patrol officers will provide security at entrances and exits, as well as private security staff, Punch Bowl Social security and Rio parent volunteers. Attempting to leave Punch Bowl Social early is a violation of the Codes of Conduct of the Rio Safe and Sober Grad Night. The Codes of Conduct of the Rio Safe and Sober Grad will be strictly enforced. Students that choose to violate the following Codes of Conduct will be asked to leave the event and will be required to be picked up by a parent or guardian. We appreciate your understanding and consideration for these strict rules which are in place to keep everyone safe.

Rio Americano High School Grad Night Code of Conduct For Graduates:

1) I am in good social standing at Rio Americano High School at the time of graduation.  I am not on social probation.
2) I will not attempt, nor will I leave the Grad Night Event at Punch Bowl Social.
3) I will not attempt to bring alcohol, drugs, nicotine products, vape or similar devices into the event.
4) I will treat everyone at the event with respect.
5) I will respect the property and rules of Punch Bowl Social.

I, (enter Student's full name below) have read and agree to abide by the Rio Americano High School Codes of Conduct for the Safe and Sober Grad Night. I understand that if I violate any of the above Codes of Conduct I will be asked to leave the event and I have to be picked up by a parent or guardian.

I, (enter Parent/Guardian name below) have read and discussed the Codes of Conduct for the Rio Safe and Sober Grad Night Committee with my student. I understand that if my student violates any of the above Codes of Conduct he/she will be asked to the leave the event and I will be responsible for picking up my students and signing them out of the event.
