After a long time such a contemporary sufi rock album has come out that its indeed safe to say that YET the genre hasn't died. This amazing album features biggies like Keerthi Sagathia, Chitra, Javed Ali & Shafqat among others.
As of now, this album or its songs are nowhere on the net but a true fan finds his passion ;) I have successfully !!

Here's what Shafqat himself has to say about ARRK and his track "Pakhida" in the album:
“I was approached in Mumbai by Sujith for Pakhida,” says Shafqat Amanat Ali, who was recently nominated for Best Singer in the Filmfare Awards 2011 for his track Bin Tere from the movie I Hate Love Stories. “What struck me most was their enthusiasm and perseverance. They explained the concept of the album and the track to me and wanted me to sing the track just with ‘Sa’ as the base note. I told them to work out a scratch track, which they did and sent it across to me in Pakistan. I felt the track was unique and had a lot of energy. It had an interesting quality as it was exceptionally high in its pitch and this was a consistent element throughout the track, which I took as a challenge. It’s a very powerful song and I’m really happy with it. I hope the listeners enjoy it as much.” he concludes.
