Knowing what stocks to pick and why you pick them will help you in your stock market venture.  The module will tackle how you can select stocks based on where the economy is headed, it will also teach you how to select stocks based on which sector and industry is doing well.  The module will also teach you how to analyze a company using quantitative analysis along with ratio analysis.

The module will help you select companies that are profitable, liquid, leveraged, and has a good source of cash flow.  

Fundamental Analysis 2: How to Compute for the Fair Value of a Stock

Date: Sunday, Apr 6, 2019
Time: 1:00pm – 4:30pm

This module will zero in on how you can spot companies that are cheap, profitable and growing. With that knowledge it will allow us to compute for the fair value of the stock.  

The whole context of the computation would all be about using Warren Buffet's approach on selecting good and growing companies. How can you actually know what company is worth by using its earnings? Learn how to compute the fair value of the company by your own analysis by using a variety of mathematical methods.  The computation of the Fair Value of the stock would be based on stocks that have passed the criteria for companies that have durable competitive advantage.

The session would be workshop type which would allow the attendees to compute for the values themselves based on their own timeframes and holding period.   This would let you know as an investor if the stock that you are buying is undervalued and if it should be bought or if the stock is already overvalued and should be avoided.
