Congregational Survey
Thank you for taking the time to tell us about yourself and your experience of our congregation! Surveys can help break down assumptions and help reveal what is. This survey is one opportunity for you to share your perspective and give input about what is needed for the greater good of our congregation. The survey will help us understand ourselves better and also help our congregational leadership and our future minister understand our congregation better.

Answers to these questions will help guide the Ministerial Search Committee, inform the search for a settled minister, and enrich the narrative that we share with ministerial candidates.

The survey is detailed and it asks many questions. The Ministerial Search Committee really cares about your answers. Please get comfortable, pour yourself a beverage, and settle in. This is a thorough investigation, for sure! We estimate the survey will take 15-20 minutes to fill out.

The raw data will be kept confidential. If a question makes you feel uncomfortable or too vulnerable, please skip it. If you have questions or concerns, please contact: Kaed Croxford at <cadburrykaed@gmail.com>
Please be as honest as possible. Our leadership is ready to hear what you have to say. A summary and analysis will be reported out to the congregation.
