Volunteers will be placed in assignments that best meet their interests and the needs of Taste of the Nation.
** WHEN WILL I KNOW WHERE I WILL BE VOLUNTEERING?
You be will notified by April 24, 2014 of your volunteer assignment(s).
** WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your shift time for a mandatory volunteer orientation.
** WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Culinary Students are to wear chef coats, jeans and comfortable shoes.
Everyone else: All black attire with comfortable shoes.
** WHERE SHOULD I PARK?
There is plenty of parking in the surrounding streets - both street parking, parking lots and parking garages. Here is a link to a Google Map with nearby parking areas shown:

You are responsible for your own parking fees.
** HOW DO I GET TO THE CRYSTAL BALLROOM?

Volunteer Check In will be inside of Ringlers, on the first floor.
** DO I NEED TO PURCHASE A TICKET IN ORDER TO VOLUNTEER DURING THE EVENT?
You do not need to purchase a ticket to be a volunteer during the event. However if you'd like to attend the event before or after your volunteer shift, a ticket is required.
We are offering special ticket discounts for our volunteers: $20 off the ticket price for each shift you work, up to two shifts.
Tickets can be purchased the day of the event, in person.
