Stratford-on-Avon District Council (“We”) will use the information that you give us when you subscribe to the Venture House newsletter to send our newsletters to you on a periodic basis and to manage your subscription.
For this purpose we collect your name, email address, business name, postcode, telephone number and your interests.
You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide your information to us. Our use of your information is on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
We use MailChimp to manage our newsletter. We will not share your information or transfer it outside of the European Economic Area or to any international organisation, except to the extent required for our use of the MailChimp service which has servers based in the United States (whereby data transfers are compliant with the EU-US Privacy Shield).
We will keep your information until you unsubscribe or until the newsletter is discontinued.
