Room for Marking Consulations in week 13

Student's cannot access this area without a staff member.
Please come to Level 2 of AHH and wait in the foyer on level 2.
I will come out to get you, but if you have not heard from me
at the time of your appointment, then please call
my mobile: 0490 911 666.

1. Each group should book a one hour appointment below.
2. You are expected to give a 12 minute powerpoint presentation at the beginning of meeting
3. All team members should present for equal times.
4. You should also bring along a paper copy of your full written proposal, and
5. Bring a paper copy of the powerpoint slides to give to Nick at the beginning of the consultation.
6. The meeting location is listed below, in the appointment slotes.
7. External + OUA students can present via video chat: Facebook Messenger Video, Skype, Zoom, or you can prepare a video and upload to YouTube.
8. In exceptional circumstances, individual internal students or entire groups may do the same: present via video chat, or make a pre-recorded video.
9. If you are having trouble finding a time that all group members can attend, I am happy for you to choose a time which all but one member can attend.
10. I have reserved evening presentations for External+OUA groups. If these are the only times internal groups can make, please contact me separately.
11. Wednesday groups CANNOT present on Thursday (because you need to present before class).
12. And please don't get stressed about this. If none of these times work, get back to me privately with a few options that would work for your group.
