The Whisky Sauce Co. was born out of a passion for good food and a love of whisky. That’s why making Scotch whisky sauce keeps the fire burning in our bellies. The Whisky Sauce Company aims to enliven everyone’s food with a very Scottish range of sauces.

The Whisky Sauce Company commenced production of the range of sauces pictured above at the beginning of November 2013. The products are based upon an idea first introduced by Ken, our Master Blender. We thought his ideas so good …and tasty… that we have launched his whole range of sauces….and who knows there may be more to come yet, we just need time…and a wee dram!

From our production unit in rural Scotland we buy in casks of regional Highland and Speyside Malt whisky and blend this whisky with a range of spices and other ingredients.

 

We are masters of our craft. Like a mature malt, we find we get even better with age. We’ve got over two decades of experience making quality food with the finest Scottish ingredients.

 

Ideas are limited only by the imagination.
