Non-Private Student/Alumni Policy:
The WorkForce Fair is a collaboration of the Wisconsin Private Colleges and Universities and therefore the event is limited exclusively to current students and alumni from member institutions. Job seekers who are not a student/alum of a member institution will be prohibited from entering the fair in order to uphold the integrity and intent of WorkForce.

Dress Code Policy:
The WorkForce Fair requires professional attire of its job seekers. Business casual is crisp, neat, and is classic rather than trendy. Clothing should be neither very tight nor very loose. Clothing that covers the legs, chest, and shoulders is highly recommended. Khaki or dark pants that are neatly pressed, and a pressed long-sleeved, buttoned solid shirt are always good choices. Remember that you are not trying to stand out for your cutting edge look, but for your good judgment in a professional environment. A good rule of thumb is to dress for the status of the job that you want, not the place you are at currently. If a job seeker is in extreme violation of the dress code policy, WIPCCC staff may ask him/her to leave the career fair.
