Host Homes Sign-up for Music Mission Kiev Visit, September 24, 2015
Members of the Kiev Symphony Orchestra & Chorus, the musical outreach of Music Mission Kiev, are visiting Westminster Presbyterian Church in Durham on September 24. Overnight hosts are needed to house them during their visit. The schedule is:
Thursday, September 24
6:00 pm Dinner in WPC's Fellowship Hall (reservations are required for dinner) Register at www.bit.ly/wpcMMKDinner
6:45 pm Presentation and Musical Program (optional but we hope you will come!)
7:30 pm Take your guests home with you overnight
Friday, September 25
Feed your guests breakfast and pack them a bag lunch
9:30 am Return your guests to WPC

Accommodations can be made if you need to return your guests to WPC earlier than 9:30am.
You will be sent additional information hosting, food suggestions, etc once you have registered.
