DAKAR, Senegal, APO today announced that reporter Aggrey Mutambo (@agmutambo) from Kenya has won APO’s invitation to attend the Africa Hotel Investment Forum (AHIF) 2016, the leading hotel investment conference in Africa , to be held in Kigali, Rwanda, on 4-6 October 2016.
