NHS Accessible Information survey

Five years ago, the NHS introduced an accessible information standard which means that health information from GPs, hospitals, eye clinics and other health providers should be in the most accessible format for each patient.

For blind and partially sighted people, this means that information should be made available in braille, large print, audio, email etc. if requested.

We know that this is still not always happening and we'd like to understand your experiences of accessible NHS information. Sight Loss Councils, supported by the Thomas Pocklington Trust, want to hear how you feel and kindly ask you to complete the short survey below.
