Ranjit is the senior decision maker for the long-term success of Bolly Heroes and responsible for all operational and strategic decisions. He is in charge of a team of executives that make major decisions like acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and large-scale expansion.

Role as a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Responsibilities
As Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Ranjit determines the company’s business strategy and sets its standards and regulations. He is also responsible for making key business decisions, emphasizing the need for continuous learning, and overseeing all the company’s operations and resources. It serves as the public face of the company and serves as the first point of contact between the board of directors and the company’s activities.
Expertise and Abilities
Ranjit Kumar completed his B.E. (Bachelor of Engineering) in Civil Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology in 2000. After graduation, he began his engineering career in construction core domain, which was construction. During his first 15 years of career, He worked with many multinationals to set up their plant globally. He has worked with a number of startups and leading companies such as Samsung India, Polyplex Corporation Limited, JCB India Ltd to name a few. Starting 2017 He moved full time into Blockchain world where served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Coss Pte Ltd. (Singapore based Exchange), Fantico Pte Ltd and Lithium Labs, a tech service provider. Ranjit successfully led the Tech, Operation, HR & Finance team previously. He also led Lalaword and helped successfully raise more than 20mn in ICO, which later merged with Coss.
His pronounced understanding of project planning management, project planning budget management, Tech development such as Crypto wallet, Crypto Exchange, NFT Marketplace(Fantico Pte Ltd) have helped to build an international network and to gain some management experience as well as project implementation.
Companies Achievements
Bolly Heroes is a large-scale project that is building a parallel bollyverse, starting with legend NFTs, Hero NFTs, and Celeb NFTs:
- Legend NFTs feature over 250 unique collectibles based on famous movie moments and superstars from India’s past 50-years of film history.
- Hero NFTs are a collection of 10,000 unique programatically generated digital art.
- Celeb NFTs are developed in collaboration with actual celebrities and influencers.
