ID MACHINE IS CURRENTLY OUT FOR MAINTENANCE HOWEVER, PLEASE PROCEED TO REQUEST AN ID APPOINTMENT. Please fill out the following form to make an appointment to receive your student ID card. Due to the current health & safety precautions, students will need to schedule an appointment for picture IDs & walk-ins will NOT be permitted. IDs will ONLY be issued to currently enrolled IVC students (must be taking classes in current semester or session). Student ID cards will not be required for students who are taking online classes; however will be MANDATORY for students taking classes on campus. If you are taking a class on campus, your instructor will schedule a class appointment with the Student Affairs Office staff to obtain your ID at a specific date and time.
