下午訓練課程

* 3. PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES
On a rotating basis from 11:30am to 2:15pm, all parents are to participate in the lunches held every Sunday. Parents will:
1)       prepare the food in the MPB kitchen starting at 11:30 a.m.
2)       serve the food under the tent behind the Praise Center
3)       clean up the lunch area
4)       assist the children in putting away tables & chairs
5)       take the food back to the MPB kitchen
6)       wash the pots & pans, clean up the kitchen
7)       serve the afternoon snack & clean up at 2:15 p.m.

父母或監護人的職責
凡參加聖經寶劍練習的學生之家長必須輪流協助處理每星期日之午餐事宜。職責包括：
1)    上午十一時到多元化大樓廚房協助預備午餐
2)    在讚美中心帳篷下派發食物
3)    清理午餐範圍
4)    協助兒童收拾桌椅
5)    把食物搬回多元化大樓廚房存放
6)    清理盆碗及多元化大樓廚房
7)    在下午一時五十分協助派發茶點及清理
