My car was hit by a driver with a different insurance company. They helped me and stayed in touch thru out the confusing procedure of filing a claim. Couldn't have asked for better help .

RIP me off for years paying over $1200 extra for 6 month on my vehicle. Thats about $2400 a year. I've told them that I wanted liability on all my paid off cars. How is Brenden just going to give me full coverage on my cars old as the year 2010. No wonder it's been so expensive. They don't go over anything, they just sign you up. I had to speak to All State agents who explained these coverage. Can't believe they just want your money and not even trying to help their customers save. Now I'm lost at big expenses. Be careful with these guys

Jeanne is the best agent. All her staff are knowledgeable and very helpful. She handles my automobile(2) home and several more policies. I always get prompt service and my questions are answered. She has been my agent more than 20 years.

A disappointment, more like a unbelievable nightmare. I have my truck, motorcycle and RV insured through Ms White. While traveling to California from Georgia I was involved in a collision which caused major damage to the RV. My claim was denied saying normal wear and tear and existing damage. Before leaving I had my RV serviced and upgraded with a new sound system and a new exterior tv. The mechanics and technicians will testify that the RV was in great shape with no damage whatsoever. I have pictures of the vehicle and it is also on "Outdoorsy ", a rental app. I have never rented it but it is on there. AAA was my insurance company (before I made the mistake of coming to State Farm ) and has multiple pictures of the excellent condition my RV was in. State Farm had no idea of what it looked like before they insured it. I have made dozens of calls and have not been able to talk with Ms White. I am passed on to the office staff. And nobody wants to take the responsibility on helping me. Avoid State Farm at all cost. I have a complaint into the Georgia state insurance commissioner and will continue in the courts if necessary. This has been going on since March.

Jeanne is great and her team can fix any problem. They treated me like family when I got in my accident.
