How many hours total would the dog spend at home without an ADULT human present. Include whether or not there would be breaks in that time and if the dog would be home under the supervision of minors.

We require that most of our foster dogs be crate trained while they are in foster care. If you do not have a crate, one will be borrowed to you while you are fostering.

IE. Counter Surfing, Jumping on People, Leash Pulling, Etc. Include information on how you changed/corrected these problematic behaviors.
What behaviors would be difficult for you to tolerate or manage? *

Have you ever worked with a dog trainer, attended training classes, or seen a vet behaviorist? *
