Free Guided Meditations with The Art of Living Foundation

It can be really hard for us to take our minds off the stress of the COVID pandemic and lockdowns. Many people around the world are finding relief from taking time to breath and meditate. Join us for a half hour of gentle yoga stretches, breathwork and meditation. Guaranteed to bring a little joy to your day!

Sessions will be conducted by experienced and qualified Breathwork and Meditation Facilitators of The Art of Living Foundation on a daily basis from Saturday 21st August through to Thursday 30th September 2021.

You only need to register once and the online Zoom link will be sent to you in a separate email. This Zoom link will be the same for all sessions.

These Sessions are suitable and open for people of all ages and backgrounds, as well as for both beginner and experienced meditation practitioners.

Each Session will begin with some gentle stretches, followed by simple, yet profound breathing techniques to help quiten our mental chatter, bring balance and focus to the mind, reduce anxiety and relax the entire nervous system. The breathwork techniques are a great tool to help one ease into meditation. 

What is Meditation?

Meditation is the delicate art of doing nothing and letting go of all the efforts to relax into your true nature which is love, joy and peace.

Meditation is that which gives you deep rest.

The rest in meditation is deeper than the deepest sleep that you can ever have. When the mind becomes free from agitation, is calm and serene and at peace, meditation happens. The benefits of meditation are manifold. It is an essential practice for mental hygiene. A calm mind, good concentration, clarity of perception, improvement in communication, blossoming of skills and talents, an unshakable inner strength, healing, the ability to connect to an inner source of energy, relaxation, rejuvenation, and good luck are all natural results of meditating regularly. In today's world where stress catches on faster than the eye can see or the mind can perceive, meditation is no more a luxury. It is a necessity.

To be unconditionally happy and to have peace of mind, we need to tap into the power of meditation.
