1 SCULPTURE SHOW
My work is on display in the stunning grounds of Godinton House near Ashford for their summer Sculpture Show until 18th August. Including my new Core Collection!

27 July - 18 August | 1 - 6 pm

I exhibited there in 2008, and the Sculpture Show is now a highlight in their summer schedule. Viv Hunt the Head Gardener contacted me in May to see if I could return this year, I’m so pleased she did!

2 MAYFAIR GALLERY
Last week my work went live on the Alon Zakaim Fine Art website. If you click on Artists > Sculpture, I am listed next to the likes of Henry Moore, Salvador Dali, Rodin, Lynn Chadwick and Modigliani.

In February, I installed a commissioned sculpture in the garden or Alon Zakaim's family home. It was the first sculpture within what will become his private sculpture garden. Since then I made a new collection of three sculptures based on the theme "Core", the first sculpture from this concept sold at Chelsea Flower Show to Alan Titchmarsh in 2006.

3 BIG ART FAIR
July 13-14 - This wonderful event in Hitchin was organised by Herts Visual Arts (HVA), such a great place to meet fellow artists and art lovers. I miss engaging with potential buyers as I started out in Greenwich Market it's good to talk, get feedback and know if you're heading in the right direction. If you are thinking of joining HVA get in touch if you'd like to chat about it!

4 TRAINING
I'm currently studying in a training programme with best selling author Daniel Priestly's organisation Dent. This programme is providing me with a stronger business vision and mentorship, and I'm excited to tell you more about this in future newsletters. The potential partnerships are out of this world!

5 P-RECYCLING
I have worked with scrap metal from the very beginning 30 years ago. In my last meeting at my engineers Birch Engineering in Ware - I discussed the need to optimise the use of materials, in line with UN global goals no.12: responsible consumption and production. The solution - we are going to get some of my components nested in the gaps left in the metal sheets of their other clients' projects. So the metal hasn’t even made it to the scrap bin before I get my hands on it!
Blog article about this coming soon!
