RSVP & Optional Survey - Peaceful Villa Open House & Community Meeting
Home Forward is redeveloping the existing 70-unit Peaceful Villa garden-style affordable housing with approximately 160-180 new housing units in a mix of unit sizes (studios, and 1-4 bedrooms). The 4-acre property is located between SE Clinton & Woodward, and 46-47th Avenues. The Richmond Neighborhood Association (RNA) is hosting a Community Meeting & Open House in support of Peaceful Villa residents, needed affordable housing, and to share information about the project with the greater community. We hope you will join us:

  • Childcare Available (ages 2 years+), 
  • ADA Access off 40th Ave. 
  • Parking is also allowed at the Richmond Clinic across the street, however, we encourage the community to walk, bike or take alternative transit as able.

Accommodations
We have limited resources but we will do our best as able! There is ADA access to the building and parking is  across the street at the Richmond Clinic that is allowed for this venue on weekends. We encourage those who are able to walk, bike, or take public transit.
Do you need any childcare to help you participate? We have a dedicated space for childcare and are working to secure a provider for children ages 2 years and above. 
If you answered YES to needing Childcare above please: A) state how many total children over 2 years we should plan for, and B) which ages.
If you answered YES to Translation, Audio/Visual needs, or "Other Accommodations,"  please describe below. We will do our best as budget and resources allow.
