Thank you for taking interest in getting a booth at BITE 5! We are looking to partner with people in the gaming, anime, geek culture niche.

Load-in/Load-out Hours:
Early Bird Thurs: 12PM - 8PM
Day of Load In Friday: 7AM - 9:45AM
Load Out Sunday: 5 PM - 10 PM

BITE 5 Vendor/Artist Booth Terms of Service

There is no table splitting or sharing. Being caught doing this will result in you being removed from the event and banned from applying to future events.

Booths are 10x10 space that include one table and chair.

You are responsible for your own table cloths, displays, and signage.

WIFI and electricity is available through the convention center for an additional fee.

Each booth will come with two event badges. You may purchase two additional badges for a discounted rate of $30.

Artist booths are reserved for creators and crafters only. Please note in the comments section if you have any questions about what you are selling and whether it classifies for an Artist Booth.

Food, fireworks, and weapon sales are prohibited.

BITE is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

BITE reserves the right to cancel any booth at any time.

We typically review booth applications within two weeks whether you are approved or not. If you have not heard from us within this time period, please reach out to us via our Facebook page or Discord.

Pricing
Artist Booth - $125
Vendor Booth - $250
Corner Booths - $150 + Booth Type Price

Payment is required before locking in your position and being announced at the event. After being accepted you have two weeks until your booth spot goes back into the pool for others.

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason after purchasing a booth, if it is at least 3 months out we will issue a full refund. 3-1 month out we will issue a 50% refund. There are no booth refunds within the month of the event.

Booth holders are required to be setup by 9:45 AM on Friday or else they will forfeit their booth and not be eligible for a refund.

Upon load out, you are responsible for clearing your booth area of all debris. If you do not, you will be charged at $50 cleaning fee.

Any damages made to the venue also are subject to penalty by the discretion of the convention center.
