ADULT TENNIS LESSONS
Engage in a series of one-hour instructional lessons that lead to supervised play and emphasize the fun, social aspect of tennis. Tennis balls are provided but players must have their own racket. No lessons MAY 25 or

ADVANCED STRENGTH TRAINING
This small group training class is geared toward our youth members aged 12-16 who would like to learn how to lift weights and get started on a safe exercise program. This 4-week class will focus on the benefits of strength training, but also includes body weight exercises, core work, balance, and flexibility. (Min 4, Max 6)

AQUA AEROBICS
Enjoy the natural buoyancy of water while conditioning every muscle group. Participants will benefit from this low-impact workout that features exercises from all levels of aqua aerobics. Classes will be held in the
Lap Pool and entry/exit is by ladder stairs or ADA lift. Registration deadlines are MAR 25 for the APR 1 session, APR 16 for the APR 23 session, APR 22 for the APR 29 session, MAY 14 for the MAY 21 session and MAY 27 for the JUN 3 session. (Min 7/Max 30)

AQUA BOARD YOGA

BASEBALL TOTS
This 45-minute program is brought to you by Skyhawks Sports Academy. Baseball Tots classes focus on fine and gross motor skills as well as body control. We teach all the baseball basics, such as throwing, catching, hitting and running control. We are excited to help these little ones develop a love of the game! Parent participation is required for ages 2-3.5 years. Classes may be combined based on enrollment. Registration deadline is JUN 4. (Min 6/Max 12)

BOBBY WALLACE BASKETBALL CAMP
Young players will develop skills in shooting, dribbling, passing and defense in this three-hour camp. Bobby Wallace is an experienced coach looking forward to teaching your kids the fundamental skills of basketball. There will be instruction, followed by full-court games and competitive drills. Registration deadline is JUL 7. (Min 10/Max 75)

BOBBY WALLACE BASKETBALL SKILLS TRAINING
Bobby Wallace is an experienced coach looking forward to teaching kids the fundamental skills of basketball. Participants will sharpen their skills in shooting, passing, dribbling and defense in this 90-minute class. No class MAY 12 or MAY 26. Registration deadline is APR 28. (Min 10/Max 50)
