Healthy Acadia Monthly Vaccination Prize Drawing Entry
Thank you for getting vaccinated against COVID-19 and helping to keep our communities safe!

Enter here for your chance to win a $50 gift card to a local business of your choice.* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination** is required to determine prize eligibility. Residents of all ages currently eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine (5+ years) may be entered to win. One entry per eligible resident may be submitted per month. Individuals may only win once, and will not be eligible to win in subsequent months for the duration of the campaign.

Winners will be drawn at random at the end of each month and contacted by Healthy Acadia as to how to collect their prize.

*Business must be located in Hancock or Washington County. Businesses that exclusively sell firearms, lottery, tobacco, alcohol, and/or marijuana products are excluded.

**For verification purposes only. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (i.e. print/digital version of winning individual's C.D.C. vaccination card or other record from health provider provided upon immunization) must be shown to receive prize. Healthy Acadia will not retain or store any vaccination records provided to confirm eligibility.
