After School & Saturday Session Sign Up
Please fill out this form to sign up for Saturday or after school sessions for your program of choice. These are the dates available for each program. Saturday sessions will be from 9:00-11:00 am. Weekday sessions will be from 3:15-5:15 pm:

*If you would like to visit more than one program, you will need to sign up for two separate days. You can only visit one program per session.
