Thank you for your interest in poll monitoring with Asian Americans Advancing Justice-LA! We are looking for volunteers to work on the November 6 General Election. We need poll monitors to protect the vote of Asian American, Native and Pacific Islander (AANHPI) communities on Election Day!
Why Poll Monitor?
• Poll monitoring ensures voters are gaining access to multilingual resources.
• Poll monitoring protects the rights of voters.
• Poll monitoring makes sure voters are not turned away on election day.
• Stipends are available for qualified volunteers. We will let you know if you are eligible.
Poll Monitoring Requirements:
• Must attend a 1.5 hour training (will be scheduled within 2 weeks of Election Day)
• Be available for 2.5 hours on election day (November 6), 7 to 9:30am
• Drive to 2-3 polling sites in Los Angeles County.
• Bilingual ability is a plus, but not necessary
Please fill out the volunteer application and a Voting Rights staff will send you training information. If you have any questions, please contact Michelle Lim at
